The Boston Illumination Group is an independent manufacturer’s rep agency, specializing in stage & studio lighting, control and rigging automation systems.

Founded in 1995 by Ed Hyatt, BIG has served the greater Boston area with an extensive knowledge of theater lighting, controls, and rigging.

He is a Member of USITT, IESNA, PLASA; and has previously attained LC status by NCQLP, a member of the PLASA Technical Standards’ Photometric Workgroup and is currently a recognized ETCP Electrician.
